1. General Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Prime Focus Jobs through our official website. By making a payment for any of our executive advisory or placement services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the strict terms outlined below.
2. Nature of Services
We provide highly specialized professional digital services, including executive job assistance, precise career counseling, profile optimization, document support, and confidential consultation. Because our services involve immediate manual professional effort, proprietary network access, and digital resource allocation initiated upon purchase, they are generally non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
A refund or credit may be considered exclusively in the following limited circumstances:
- Technical errors where payment was successfully deducted but the mandate failed to generate in our secure system.
- Verifiable duplicate charges for the exact same service instance resulting from a payment gateway glitch.
- Instances where Prime Focus Jobs is entirely unable to initiate the agreed-upon service within the promised timeframe due to internal constraints.
4. Cancellation By Client
- All cancellation requests must be formally submitted in writing from your registered, verified email address.
- If the strategic preparation and profile review phase has not yet commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative, payment gateway, and processing fees.
- Critical Note: Once the service delivery process has started, proprietary data has been shared, or an initial consultation has occurred, absolutely no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
5. Cancellation By Company
Prime Focus Jobs reserves the unilateral right to cancel an engagement due to unforeseen technical constraints, operational conflicts of interest, or violation of our strict code of confidentiality. In such cases initiated by us, we will offer either a full refund or an equivalent alternative advisory service, subject to the client's preference.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be credited back strictly to the original payment method utilized during the transaction. No alternative destination accounts will be permitted.
- The standard financial processing time is 7 to 14 working days, subject to the processing speeds of the respective banking institutions and gateway providers.
- The client must provide valid, unaltered proof of transaction (Payment ID/Bank Statement) to our finance team for verification prior to initiation.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
We require clients to engage with our dedicated relationship managers to resolve any grievances amicably. Initiating unwarranted disputes or chargebacks with your financial institution without prior formal communication with Prime Focus Jobs is considered a breach of trust and will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, cessation of all active services, and potential legal recuperation of dispute fees.
